Attendees will have 48 hours to produce pioneering ideas to solve health care challenges
Sciana is delighted to share details for a hackathon which will work on rapidly prototyping new, innovative ideas.
The event, sciana.innovate.healthcare, will take place later this year in Zurich, Switzerland between September 20 and September 22.
Attendees are promised a stimulating and enjoyable event, which will take place at Careum. The event is free, but attendees will have to cover their own travel and hotel costs.
The goal of the hackathon is to solve real-world health care challenges, together with the networks of Sciana, Careum, the Health Foundation, Robert Bosch Stiftung, and Salzburg Global Seminar.
During the event, attendees will also have a chance to take part in lectures, meet experienced coaches, and use support facilities, including an electronics workshop and 3D print facility.
Teams will present a pitch on the final evening of the hackathon and are expected to demo a prototype they have created during the previous 48 hours, e.g., an app, software, or hardware.
A jury of renowned industry experts will award three high-value prizes. An audience award is also up for grabs.
