Updates concerning Sciana Fellows, Advisors, and Chairs in August 2023
This month, we were sad to learn Sciana Fellow Christina Brunnschweiler recently passed away following an illness.
She worked for Spitex for two decades, most recently as CEO of Spitex Zürich Limmat and co-CEO of Spitex Zürich until her retirement at the end of 2022.
Speaking to Sciana in 2018, Christina said, "Health care, for me, is not only, you know, making money and making good new projects… it’s really helping people and doing something in the sense of public health, and that’s where I get my passion… I really want to improve public health in a very hands-on manner.”
She wanted to “help… in a good way, in a cost-effective way, in a way that people who are working in our industry, but also people who are depending on it, really get the best out of it.”
If you would like to leave a tribute, we encourage you to do so underneath our LinkedIn or X posts.
Our thoughts remain with Christina's family and friends.
