Klaber and Suzie Bailey from The King's Fund write for BMJ on the value of kindness

Sciana member Bob Klaber has co-authored a new article titled, "Kindness: an underrated currency" for the BMJ.

He co-authored the piece with Suzie Bailey, director of leadership and organisational development at The King's Fund.

In the piece, Klaber and Bailey discuss how money is "not the most important thing" in health care and highlight evidence which shows the importance of kinship and kindness for health and wellbeing. Read Klaber and Bailey's piece in full here.

Klaber, consultant general paediatrician and director of strategy, research and innovation at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is a member of the 2018 cohort. He was in Salzburg last month for his fourth and final meeting.
