about me

Tobias Silberzahn is a Partner in McKinsey's Berlin office where he is a member of the Healthcare Practice and the Innovation Practice. Over the last 14 years with McKinsey, he has served mainly digital health scale-ups, established healthcare companies and ministries of health. He leads McKinsey's global Health Tech Network, a community of >1800 digital health CEOs, 250 investors and 400 corporate, public sector and NGO leaders. As part of his work, Tobias also hosts the MedTech R&D Industry Roundtable, the Pharma Technical Development Forum and publishes the "eHealth Monitor Germany", an annual book about the digitization of the German health system. The focus area of his work is healthcare innovation and health-tech business building where he supports his clients on R&D, commercialization and scaling questions. Within McKinsey, he co-leads their health & wellbeing program for employees in Germany and Austria, focused on sleep, nutrition, stress management and fitness.
