Dominique Allwood is the Chief Medical Officer of a large Health Innovation Network and Director of Population Health at one of the biggest hospitals in England. She has almost 20 years of experience in healthcare as a doctor, working in public health and healthcare leadership and management. Dominique works with leaders, organisations, and systems to tackle complex challenges of improving population health, reducing inequalities and inequity, and improving and innovating care. She is interested in both the 'what' and 'how' of achieving change and she has worked in a range of NHS provider and commissioning organizations, policy, academia, think tanks, and management consultancy. Dominique holds a number of additional roles within the UK and internationally including Associate Editor of BMJ Leader Journal, Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London, Governor of University College Hospital, and Board Member of the Patient Revolution based in the US. She also holds an MPH and an MBA.
