Sciana inspires the adoption of a new leadership paradigm for enabling systems change for health and wellbeing.

Four residential meetings at Schloss Leopoldskron

Engage in joint exploration of future health challenges, peer-to-peer learning, off-the-record discussion and informal chats with experts and senior leaders.

Sciana Challenge

As a cohort, define and tackles a real-world health leadership challenge through small working groups.

Online sessions*

Participate in online discussions on new leadership approaches, peer-to-peer learning session (e.g., Sciana masterclasses), deep dives and beyond.

Mentorship*

Get guidance from Sciana Advisors from across country settings with challenge group work and individual leadership issues.

Network events*

Participate in off-site meetings at international organisations and meet Fellows from other cohorts. Join or host an in-country social gathering or organisational visit.

Financial support*

Receive modest financial support in the form of a bursary for the Sciana Challenge group work and cross-country learning opportunities. Criteria apply.

Salzburg Global Fellow opportunities*

As a Sciana Fellow, you become a Salzburg Global Fellow. Participate in Salzburg Global programmes and offerings.

The system leadership programme provides significant time and focus on supporting group-led challenge work. It is tailored to individual interest and current events through a co-development process with Fellows.
