In their final meeting, Cohort 4 concluded their two-year programme by finalising their work around the cohort's Sciana Challenge of building a new social contract for health and wellbeing.
Fellows sought to develop an output of their Sciana experience, share the next steps, and distill learnings from the Challenge process.
Cohort 6 took the opportunity to reflect on their journey and define the key leadership elements that will guide their efforts towards a new social contract for health and wellbeing.
This meeting encouraged participants to think about advancing these ideas further and strengthening collaboration and interaction within the Network.
Additionally, Fellows exchanged insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the context of social contracts and the importance of balancing purpose and process in leadership. The programme also featured negotiation training and opportunities to engage with Cohort 5, fostering further relationship-building and collaboration.
