The first meeting of Cohort 6 was designed to introduce the Sciana Challenge, explore future mega-trends related to the Challenge theme, and form Challenge groups to develop a common direction and intention.

Fellows unpacked the concept of personal, relational, and systems leadership, established shared values, and laid the groundwork for their journey ahead. The sessions included an introduction to the healthcare systems of Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, along with discussions on the challenges they will tackle throughout the programme.

There was also dedicated time for reflexivity, encouraging regular self-reflection and self-awareness while considering the broader context of their work. Participants reflected on their personal purpose, leadership style, and opportunities for learning and growth.

Fellows also interacted with Cohort 5 and learned about their experiences in the programme. They started to build connections and collaborations to support them throughout their Sciana journey.
