The final residential meeting of Sciana Cohort 7 will focus on consolidating the cohort's learning journey and advancing their collective work on the challenge of how to advance population health in times of scarcity.

This meeting will allow Fellows to:

• Further develop and refine the outputs of their cohort challenge work
• Reflect on key lessons and leadership insights gained throughout the programme
• Identify opportunities for future collaboration and continued impact beyond Sciana

Beyond these objectives, the meeting will provide space for Fellows to exchange perspectives on the evolving challenges facing health systems across Europe and to explore how leaders can respond to increasing fiscal, political, workforce, and societal constraints with integrity, courage, and innovation.

The programme will feature opportunities for peer learning, reflection, and dialogue with invited speakers, Sciana Advisors, Sciana's partner organisations, and other contributors. As Cohort 7 concludes its Sciana journey, Fellows will celebrate their achievements, share their collective learning, and consider how they can continue advancing healthier, more equitable, and sustainable futures.
