The third residential meeting of Sciana Cohort 8 will bring Fellows together to continue exploring Systems Leadership for Ageing in Good Health and to advance their cohort challenge work. As health and care systems respond to the opportunities and pressures of ageing populations, Fellows will examine how leaders can support healthier ageing, wellbeing, and more sustainable models of care.

Building on the relationships and learning developed throughout the programme, participants will exchange perspectives from across Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom while exploring innovative approaches to prevention, integrated care, digital transformation, and wellbeing across the life course.

The meeting will provide opportunities for collaboration, reflection, and dialogue with peers, Advisors, and invited contributors, supporting Fellows as they further develop their challenge work and strengthen their capacity to lead change in increasingly complex health and wellbeing systems.
