Raquel Correia is the Chief Medical Officer at PromTime, a leading organization in France commissioned by the French Ministry of Health and the national payer to implement PROM registries and Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) models nationwide. She also serves as the VBHC Postgraduate Diploma Program Coordinator at Université Paris Cité Medical School, where she trains clinicians and decision-makers from public and private organizations to make VBHC a reality. Based in Berlin, she practices as a general practitioner in France and Switzerland. She is the Chair of the Technology Enhanced Learning Committee at AMEE, the International Association for Health Professions Education (UK). In this role, she researches and publishes on health professions education and artificial intelligence, organizing conferences on these topics. Raquel graduated with an M.D. from Universidade de Lisboa, an M.B.A. from Quantic Business School, and an M.Sc in learning sciences from Université Paris Cité. She holds certificates from Oxford University and Harvard Business School in value-based health care and disruptive strategy.
