My vision is to lead with support and trust—stepping in when guidance is needed, but stepping back to empower others to innovate and grow. I find true fulfillment in watching the next generation develop their knowledge and talents, and I actively connect people to opportunities and networks that create mutual value. Through a positive, solution-focused mindset, I am committed to helping my teams navigate challenges with confidence and collaboration, ensuring everyone thrives even when options appear limited.
Working with passionate people from diverse backgrounds has broadened my understanding of global health and inspired me to think beyond my own experiences.
