leadership vision

Institutions are systemic structures that require a culture of feedback and learning. As a leader, we are repeatedly exposed to interesting areas of conflict that need to be worked on together: clear goal orientation vs. the greatest possible flexibility, company interests vs. people orientation, clear roles vs. as much self-organization as possible.
