My leadership vision is to cultivate a responsible and balanced approach that recognizes the interdependence between individuals, teams, and the broader environment during the digital transformation of our society. Through participatory innovation, I strive to foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, where everyone's input is valued to drive a meaningful progress.
In the Sciana network I appreciate the recognition of the importance of a broader perspective, the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and the value of creativity in addressing challenges.
The Sciana environment nicely supports the openness to diverse ideas, the willingness to learn from others, and the ability to think innovatively.
