about me

Andrea has over 30 years' experience as an organisation development consultant, specialising in relationship-centred behaviour change, creating inclusive cultures and "people" strategy. She has worked internationally (Jamaica, UK, Japan and Korea) in both the public and private sector, as a consultant with "big four" and niche consultancies, and as an entrepreneur.

 

She offers extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership / people development programmes for diverse, global audiences, using both live and online workshops to achieve clear business goals. Andrea is a Rhodes Scholar, holds a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, and both Masters and Doctorate degrees in Management Studies from Oxford University.

 

She is a recognised authority on the subjects of Relational Intelligence, inclusive leadership and improving social health in corporates and communities. As co-founder of 4 Habits Consulting (https://the4habits.com/), she empower leaders and teams to build emotional health, inclusive cultures and stronger bottom line results by equipping people to do relationships well.

 

From the boardroom to the bedroom, quality relationships are vital for success in life. Andrea and co-founder Jon help people take personal responsibility for changing their behaviours from habits that damage relationships to habits that strengthen them - both at work and at home.

 

Based on the wisdom distilled from over 25 years of working with relationships, Andrea helps build competence around four fundamental habits that distinguish between successful and unsuccessful relationships. These four habits provide the solid foundation for building strong relational Intelligence, quality relationships and social health, and continue to resonate with millions around the world through their TEDx talk (https://bit.ly/3ARjGNr).

 

Andrea also co-founded the charity, Soulmates Academy Foundation, to fulfil the vision of equipping 1 million people in local communities and colleges with the life skills to build great relationships.
