Carlo Fabian is a social and health psychologist (University of Zurich) and holds also a master's degree in coaching and organisational development. After several years as a research associate at the University of Zurich, the Institute for Addiction Research Zurich and the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, he has been a Professor at the FHNW since 2005 in the fields of health promotion and prevention, child and youth welfare and urban development. For four years, he was also Director of RADIX Northwestern Switzerland (Swiss Centre for Health Promotion and Prevention). Since 2020 he has been Head of the Institute for Social Work and Health ISAGE at the FHNW and Professor in this field. He is currently a member of the Swiss Federal Commission for Child and Youth Affairs EKKJ. Carlo's passion is to think about health in a variety of contexts and to explore new topics.
