Corina Naujock has worked in various management positions at university hospitals for almost 20 years. Her career began at the University Hospital in Essen, continued at the University Hospital Göttingen, and then led to Charité – University Medicine Berlin (2025). With her move to Berlin, she stepped back from a management role to focus on changes within the healthcare system and networking. She is convinced that healthcare reform is essential and wants to make a personal contribution to this process. She brings people and institutions together to unlock value-creating potential. She believes that if we make the right decisions today and drive change, we will successfully overcome future challenges together.
In her private life, Corina is a mother of two grown children, a devoted family person and interested in art, nutrition, sports and travel.
