leadership vision

My vision is to enable the next generation of nurses to excel in clinical practice and research. We need a well-prepared, interprofessional workforce that collaborates to transform health and health care in partnership with patients, families, and communities. Excellent research that is relevant and meaningful to those it serves is needed to achieve system change and to make a true impact on the quality of life and well-being of persons and families living with health challenges..
