Martin Wieser is Head of Corporate Development at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital Group (LUKS Group), where he drives group-wide strategic development, large-scale transformation initiatives, and cross-organizational collaboration. He partners with executive leaders and a wide spectrum of stakeholders to convert strategic priorities into practical results across integrated, multi-site healthcare networks.

With a background spanning academic research, healthcare management consulting, and senior strategy roles at University Hospital Zurich, Martin addresses transformation challenges through a systems-oriented and interdisciplinary way of thinking. Martin holds a PhD from ETH Zurich and an Executive MBA in healthcare management.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors through ski touring, hiking, scuba diving, and sailing, bringing the same energy and curiosity to his personal pursuits as to his professional work.
