Urs Brügger is an independent healthcare consultant. He is also a member of various boards of directors in this field. Previously, he headed a health economics institute at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences for 15 years and then the Department of Health at the Berne University of Applied Sciences for more than five years. Urs Brügger has qualifications and references in leadership, organisational development, health economics and health policy.
