Annabel Seebohm is a leading expert in European healthcare policy, association leadership, and public-private partnerships, with over two decades of experience in shaping German, EU, and global health agendas. As the Founder and CEO of Health4.EU SRL, she advises clients on transforming associations, navigating internal market access, and evaluating healthcare innovations through evidence-based policy and trend analysis.
Annabel has held executive positions in some of Europe's most influential healthcare professional bodies and trade associations. From 2022 to 2025, as Secretary General of COCIR, she led a comprehensive digital and strategic transformation, focused its advocacy agenda, and represented the association in the €2.4 billion Innovative Health Initiative (IHI). She simultaneously served as Vice-Chair of DITTA and IHI Governing Board Member, helping shape global industry positioning at WHO forums and EU research priorities.
Previously, Annabel served as Secretary General of the Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME), representing over 1.7 million physicians. Her career also includes senior legal and policy roles at the German Medical Association, World Medical Association, and National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians.
A member of the Cologne Bar, Annabel holds a Master of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She is a Fellow of the SCIANA Health Leaders Network and serves on multiple advisory bodies focused on ethical and digital innovation in healthcare.
