Benjamin Glahn is deputy CEO and managing director, programs at Salzburg Global, based in Salzburg, Austria, where he oversees operations, programs, and development. From 2009-2013, Ben served as senior program officer for the Aga Khan Foundation based in London, where he was responsible for business development, program development, and resource mobilization for the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) working with European governments, development finance institutions, and multilateral development banks. From 2006 to 2009, Ben served as a program director and deputy chief program officer at Salzburg Global. He is the co-editor of Islamic Law and International Human Rights Law: Searching for Common Ground, and Contested Histories in Public Spaces: Principles, Processes, and Best Practices. Ben holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, VT, USA, and an M.A. from the Ellison Center for Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies at University of Washington, Seattle, USA.
