Judy Dyos has been the Chief Nursing Officer and an Executive Director at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust since 2020. Salisbury NHS Trust joined a group model with Royal Unit Hospital Bath and Great Western Hospital in October 2024. Judy has an extensive nursing profile and holds an MSc in advanced critical care practice and a Post Graduate Certificate in research from Kinds College London. Judy completed an internship with the National Institute in Research undertaking primary research related to predictive mortality in critical care and worked at the University of Southampton for 2 years as a visiting lecturer in the Faculty Heath Science. Her recent work has been focused on delivering an operational excellence model leading to continuous improvement in the care provided to the local community. She is interested in exploring how tribal behaviors and human factors are holding back progression in health care delivery.
